Although it’s raining here right now and, we have been desperate for a good soak, the sun is about to shine and usher in summertime. We decided The Territory Ballroom Grand Opening would be a great way to kick off the new season in style!

It’s finally time to throw open the doors and welcome you to a seat at the table (or our soon to be finished historic bar!) to celebrate with us. With over 18 months of planning, demolition, framing, and finish work, the vision of combining our future with our past has come into clear view!

The day will begin with Open House Tours from 4-5pm then move into a Happy Hour from 5-6pm to thank our community, neighbors and those who helped make this dream come true. A heart-felt thank you and toast to our architects, consultants, general contractor and sub-contractor is a top priority.

At 5:57pm we will cheer on the “Greatest 2 Minutes In Sports” by watching the Kentucky Derby live and then break for dinner downtown. At 9pm we will be ready to re-open for a fantastic night of Dueling Pianos Show by FunPianos! and wind down by 11pm.
