In-House Bar Service

To really understand how to budget for your special day, how we charge for the bar is one of the first things we want to help you figure out.
We offer 3 in-house packages (please remember, no outside alcohol is allowed and we do not sell direct to you for retail cost).
These packages are based on a four (4) hour reception or event and each include:
Two (2) bartenders
Luxury disposable cups & napkins
Stir sticks
Garnishes
Ice
Standard mixers
Juice
Select sodas
While we'd love to make ALL of your dreams come true, this rule is strictly enforced. A $250 fee for each infraction will be added to the card on file and we certainly don't want you to wake up to that news the next morning!
Please tell your guests that while this is your private party, we're the only ones allowed to bring the booze.
No outside alcohol

You have three bar service options for any event:
Cash Bar- we will have a fully stocked premium bar available for individuals to purchase their own drinks.
Open Bar- we will charge a flat rate per eligible drinking person (sober guests, DD guests, pregnant guests etc. will not be counted). We estimate one (1) drink per eligible person per hour.
EXAMPLE: Your guest list is 150 people, 100 of which are of drinking age and interest. Just plug your reception time and estimated guests into the calculator below and check out the totals! As you play around with it you can begin to decide which package will work best for your budget.
Our last option is:
A Combination Bar- if you type 2 hours into the calculator you will be able to see how offering a limited time or number of drinks to your guests before you switch to a Cash Bar can be a helpful and money saving tip!
