- Additional hours may be purchased based upon availability and discussion.
We have NO HIDDEN FEES! What you see is what you get, however, we do have several a la carte options you can choose from to enhance your experience. If choosing an open bar option, alcohol is an additional expense set by the venue (see more here).
Our Airbnb Honeymoon Suite is available for our couples or their guests to rent up for $200/night until 3 months prior to their wedding date. If it is not purchased we open up the spot to the Airbnb platform.
In total transparency, typically, our couples have a total wedding budget of $10,000-$20,000. This would include items such as the dress, the venue, catering, music, and florals.

While The Territory Ballroom works hard to make sure accidents don't happen we are always cautious about assuming too much.
We do require couples to provide a certificate of personal liability insurance. (This normally can be provided from a home, Farm Owners or Business
insurance policy)
