We are at 117-119 W. Main St. Council Grove, Ks 66846.  We and hour or less  from Manhattan, Salina and Topeka, at the intersection of Hwy 177 and Hwy 56.

A couple with a guest list of 200 will be a perfect fit!  Our sweet spot is 175

We handle what is ours and will set up the venue for you prior to your arrival.  You handle what is yours.  We will get the trash.

Not exactly.  We do require proof  of home/farm owners personal liability insurance with a minimum limit of $500,000 naming The Territory Ballroom LLC as additional insured for the duration of the event.

You may not.  We provide OPEN and/or CASH bar services, affordable drink prices including cups, stir sticks and ice, and carry all of the liability insurance & drink tax for your event.  You set your budget and choose from our menu.

Friday & Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.  Sundays 1:00 - 10:00 pm

Additional hours may be purchased if needed.  

We require a credit card on file 10 days before your event for any incidentals, accidents or damages.  No deposit will be made.  Charges will only be applied based on breech of contract.

You may not attach anything to the walls, floors or ceilings with any damaging materials such as adhesives, semi-permanent or permanent methods.  Confetti or loose glitter of any size, rice, silly string and fake snow.
