We are located at 117-119 W. Main St. Council Grove, Ks 66846.  We are approximately 2 hours west of Kansas City, KS, 2 hours Northeast of Wichita, an hour from Manhattan, Salina and Topeka at the intersection of Hwy 177 and Hwy 56.

We can provide ceremony seating for up to 250 and reception seating at 5' round tables with chairs for 175.

Tables and chairs are included in every package price.  Basic white tableware, silverware and barware is complementary in certain packages but can be added on to any package.

You will be responsible for set up and clean up, unless you select the service package sold separately.

No, we include that in our package rate.  No sense in complicating life!

No, we do not.  You will need to purchase our Alcohol Package and specify what beverages you want to purchase from us.  This service includes our in house bartender for up to 4 hours.

The Venue will be open from 7:00 am to 12:30 am the event day.

Purchasing the day and a half package will allow you access the afternoon prior to the event beginning at 5:00 pm.

We do require a $500 refundable damage deposit to be paid prior to your event and reimbursed upon inspection the first business day following your event.

You may not attach anything to the walls, floors or ceilings with any damaging materials such as adhesives, semi-permanent or permanent methods.  Confetti or loose glitter of any size, rice, silly string and fake snow.
