It’s the little things that really turn out to be the big things. A roof that leaks, walls that lean, floors that rot and dirt that settles. We’ve been awfully busy the last few months making space for new construction and it’s time we take a break to show you around at our Happy Hour Open House Tour!

Join us for a Happy Hour Open House Tour April 24th, 2021 from 3-6 p.m. We’ll be available to answer questions and give you a taste of what’s to come with the renovations!

As a special treat, in honor of Seth Hays (who would have been 210 years old this month) and our Open House we’re proud to host the original bronze study sculpture of Seth, his daughter Kittie and her Indian friend that now sits in front of the Seth Hays home.

You can read more about his involvement with the Territory Ballroom buildings when you arrive. You’ll also be able to download a virtual guide of the anticipated remodel! Learn more about the rooms that will be available for you and your family or friends for work, celebrations and lodging.

We really do look forward to meeting you and learning about how to serve you best, whether it’s with coworking space, event planning or an overnight stay. Did you know we’re also going to offer two private offices and two, two bedroom apartments overlooking Main Street? Make plans today to visit us, just watch your step it’s still a little rough around the edges!
